PHIL'S NSNG STORY

  • Phil is only 5'10 and when he first found the podcast & NSNG he was 290 lbs
  • Phil is now at about 230 since following NSNG since 2014 
  • Weighed around 180-190 in high school 

HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT ON NSNG

  • Phil has tried all different diets, found most success on NSNG
  • Wants to know how to lose more weight now that he has stopped losing like he was before 
  • Phil will normally eat eggs or beef hotdogs for breakfast 
  • Chicken with onions and some veg for lunch 
  • For dinner he will have meat and veg 
  • Vinnie thinks dressing may be hurting his ability to lose more weight / hurting his health 
    • some people react stronger to little bits of sugar 
  • Phil needs to shake things up a bit
    • try stopping and starting things, see what works best 
  • Stay away from fruit with high sugar content 
  • If Phil keeps sticking with it, likely more weight will come off slowly
