VINNIE'S CULINARY INDULGENCES IN LOUISIANA

  • Went to the gym in his old neighborhood, Shapes, with his friend Sybil to work out 
  • Very easy to stay on his diet... for awhile 
  • Good crawfish where Vinnie was visiting so he got some NSNG crawfish 
  • On day two, Vinnie ate lunch and dinner like a Louisianan 
    • Vinnie had lots of seafood with some grains (fried catfish with french fries)
      • Vinnie had to sleep off that lunch
      • Dinner was hamburger steak and it made him feel pretty crummy too 
        • Option of stuffed baked potato 
      • Dessert had graham cracker/fudge/brownie crust with their cheesecake with marbled in dulce de leche 
        • Once Vinnie started eating the dessert, he felt sick but could not help but shovel the rest of it in his mouth
          • Vinnie is soooo fat adapted, but this just proves how sugar and grains are addicting!!!
    • Vinnie is not the biggest fan of fasting, but he took about a day off of eating to feel better

VEGANISM

  • Vinnie knows Todd in Louisiana (co-worker of Vinnie's brother) who was a vegan athlete
  • He became vegan to lose weight
  • Eventually, after a few years, gains weight and puffs up after races
  • Now that Todd and his wife are NSNG, they have never felt better!!!

RELEVES 

  • Great exercise for calves 
  • Do not bounce, make this exercise a smooth motion
  • Once you get this down, you can add weight to the back
