WELL-BALANCED EXERCISE

  • It's good to do balanced work outs.
  • Don't neglect leg day if you're always doing arm day, for example.
    • It looks silly to have the huge upper body with the bird legs.
  • Mix cardio with strength and the like.
  • As you get older, having a strong and active lower body becomes increasingly important.
    • You can walk to accomplish this.
  • Vinnie still does upper body exercise, even if it's not to the same extent.
