  • Vinnie and Anna start the show off with a few thoughts about the 4th of July holiday. (4:39)
  • Vinnie tells Anna how he's been doing motivational posts on Instagram, and a lot of them are based on consults he has while he's walking. (6:55)
  • He tells Anna about a call he just had with someone asking about how much time should be spent on exercise. (8:58)
  • Vinnie then wonders about "this time thing" and chats about the idea of "not having enough time" and making time for your health. (9:40)
  • People have time but are doing other things instead that they are not willing to give up to do better with their health. (13:38)
  • Vinnie reminds us that our bodies weren't meant to be stationary--"use it or lose it." (19:35)
  • As a result, he brings up a book he read by a paleoanthropologist that discusses how today's modern lifestyle has made us humans weaker. (20:15)
  • Anna hears a lot of the same comments about not having time to cook meals; as a result, she has a lot of suggestions on how it can be better managed. (23:40)
