ULTRA EVENTS WHILE FAT ADAPTED

  • When you're fat adapted, you can still do ultras.
  • Serena will have some coffee and maybe an egg or two before a long run.
    • On the run, she'll have olives or an Ultra Fat while going 30 miles.
  • When she gets back, she'll eat a lot!
  • Some people need to eat more before they exercise; others do not.
  • Take care of yourself, but you can do it low carb.
