TREATING LOW ENERGY

  • This can appear in a variety of ways.
  • Fibromyalgia is the worst energy crisis--it is a disease.
    • You can't sleep but are exhausted and have other negative symptoms.
      • You're spending more energy than you make.
  • Really, people need about 9 hours per night.
  • If you simply have insomnia, there are good tools that are natural.
    • Try some melatonin, or magnesium, for example.
  • Low energy (and even fibromyalgia) is very treatable, fortunately.
  • Diet can make a huge difference.
  • Additionally, use your whole tool-kit. 
    • Consider natural remedies (like vitamins), diet, exercise, medications, working on your hormones, and more.
  • The tool-kit can be helpful for people with energy issues generally.

  • There are studies being done on the interplay of vitamins and supplements and COVID-19.
  • Many with severe COVID-19 have Vitamin D deficiencies. 
  • It certainly isn't bad to take a bit more zinc, Vitamin D, and similar vitamins.
  • This WILL NOT cure or definitely prevent COVID.
    • This may help you if you get it, or improve your immune system to prevent you from getting it.
  • Vitamin D acts as a hormone and is clearly a vitamin.
    • We are still trying to figure out if certain diseases make Vitamin D low or if people with low levels are more likely to have these diseases.
