    • Read the ingredients as they often use a lot of non-friendly fillers like Cassava flour and tapioca starch.
  • Cassava, potatoes, and other tubers are starchy and behave in your system like sugars.

    • Anna reminds listeners to read the ingredients list on labels, not the nutritional panel.
      • It's important to know the actual contents, not just the numbers on the panel.
