  • Kurt shares his history with finding Vinnie through Adam Carolla 7 years ago.
    • He also gives a rundown of his health journey; as a result, he's an advocate for NSNG® and loves to participate in the Facebook group (as an admin) and on Twitter to help others learn about healthy options.
    • Vinnie discusses gimmicky food and SAD (Standard American Diet) and part of the problem with them. (5:00)
