  • Chia seeds
    • Vinnie lets chia seeds sit in the water so that they get gooey and 'slurpy'.

'HEALTHY' ENERGY BARS

  • The only bar that Vinnie really endorses is EPIC Bars
  • Kind Bars are basically deconstructed Snickers bars
    • 19-23 grams of sugar in a Kind Bar 
    • 3/5 top ingredients are sugar 
  • Not awful in an emergency situation, but try to avoid if possible 
  • "Diet" products are also awful for you because they are straight chemicals which compensates for the lack of calories (maybe even makes it worse)
