MEAT EATERS

  • In the 70s, tofu wasn't really a thing.
  • People were still eating meat back then!

    • Obviously, non-highly processed meat is better.

WEIGHT-BEARING EXERCISE

  • This is exercise where you're bearing your OWN weight!
  • It's an excellent form of exercise.
  • Walking and jogging are both weight-bearing.
  • Biking is not weight-bearing -- you're supported by the bike.
  • Weight-bearing exercises are crucial.
    • You need the banging around on your joints.
      • Adding cardio and muscle building is great, too!
  • Make time to do this exercise.
    • If you want it badly enough, you'll make the time.
