ADVICE FOR BEGINNING TO LIFT 

  • Katie has just started to lift; what is a good way to start out?
  • The intimidation factor is real 
  • Depends on what you want to achieve
  • For Katie it is being toned and fit 
  • Leg extensions, etc 
  • Heel raises 
  • Bench press or pushups for secondary chest exercise as well as triceps 
  • Don't be intimidated! Especially women! Men are just surprised 

WHAT IS GOOD SUPPLEMENTATION?
