EMAIL FROM A VEGAN

  • Vinnie and Anna lead off by discussing how busy they both have been, which leads to some playing a bit of music. (2:20)
  • Then Vinnie and Anna discuss an email from a vegan that was sent to them which leads to a zippy little "stinger" that Anna makes up on the fly. (12:40)
  • Anna reads an email from Chris, a vegan, who Brings up "Beyond Impossible" and makes claims about B-12; as a result, Vinnie explains the sources of the vitamin. (14:20)
