STUNT MY KIDS GROWTH

  • Kids don't need to do heavy, intense, muscle-building exercise
    • Ex: lifting weights not necessarily the best for your kids
  • If they want to run, if they want to do some martial arts, that is all great
    • Can also be good for them hormonally
  • "Formal exercise", not yet
  • Exercise should be body movements
    • His gym has kid size rower, kid size elliptical next to adult machinery
      • All of this stuff is good
        • Make competitions out of it
  • Worst thing we are doing to kids is not letting them play or move around
