    • There is a time and place
  • Examples: spinning class, sprints, etc.
  • Maybe once a week is all you need this
    • Top cyclists will do it early in the week 
    • You are not doing it every day
      • Your body won't let you
  • HIIT means you are exhausted at the end of the train
  • Bro science to an extent
  • Fix your metabolism first with your diet, work on Zone Two first
  • Exercise is a poor way to lose weight
    • Can't outrun a bad diet
  • Go to classes if you like them, not because you feel that you need them
