PREPARING FOR MARATHONS

  • Gina's fiancé is going NSNG®.
    • He no longer has inflammation like he did.
  • He is a marathoner.
    • Typically, he has carbo loaded.
      • Obviously, though, he wants to do it differently this time.
  • You simply don't need many carbs to run marathons.
    • Bring some nuts, some F Bombs, etc.
      • You can get by without Gus.
        • Bring some just in case
  • The night before a race, eat a giant steak.
    • Maybe add some extra egg yolks if you are fat adapted.
    • This is all you will need with some salt and water.
