CRUNCHY SNACKS

  • Parents should not bring cupcakes and sugary treats to sports games
  • Eat some fruit or some nuts at a sports game, it will actually make you feel better!
  • If you want a crunchy snack, try almond flour pita chips
    • They taste JUST like normal pita chips, but are healthier
  • Cheese crisps are also awesome
    • Grate some cheese, put it in the oven or microwave or cast iron skillet so it melts, then let it harden!
      • Any type of cheese 
  • Cut an apple into small slices and add some cheddar cheese!
