GRASS-FED BEEF

• Is conventional beef better than grass-fed because it is fatter?
  • Grass-fed still has plenty of fat as long as you are eating the fatty parts
• Taste & quality is what really matters
• Grass-fed beef isn't given corn or grains so that is good if you can afford it but if not, no big deal!
  • As long as you avoid fast-food meat as much as possible, you're good
• Vinnie eats a lot of grass-fed but mostly just eats whatever he can 
• Prices of grass-fed depends on availability
