FAT ADAPTED SURVIVAL
- People can benefit from being fat adapted if they then are forced to fast
- For example, people on Survivor should get fat adapted before going on the show
- The tiny bit of rice won't throw you out of ketosis, especially if you parcel it out over the day
- These people go into ketosis eventually anyway, but better to start in ketosis so you don't deal with keto flu on the island
- Electrolytes are a lot harder
