• Vinnie hates shopping, but when he goes shopping, he notices that many people are fat
• People are always eating pretzels, fro-yo, drinking ice blendeds, etc. 
  • Super accessible, food court, it is everywhere
• Andy went to A-16, amazing store! (Adventure 16)

TRIP TO INDIA

• Vinnie, Andy, and Serena went to a part of northeastern India to educate people about exercise and nutrition
• The government of the state was a co-sponsor
• Eco-Challenge 10k hike through one of the most amazing places
  • Living Roots Eco Challenge
• The people are excited as Vinnie is a celebrity fitness trainer, and Serena is a bond girl
• Near 1000 people at this hike 
• Vinnie and Andy had to buy all new gear for this 

FITBITS

• Tracks calories, heartbeat, sleep, distance
• Vinnie thinks these are unnecessary because he can tell when he exercises and sleeps well and doesn't need to calorie count
  • We don't need another screen  
• For some people, it allows for motivation which is great!
• For someone like Howie Mandel, not a great idea 
  • He has become a slave to it, tries to get in extra steps 
    • He's in great shape, doesn't need this!!
