- Vinnie thought it was a pretty unbelievable thing -- the Ecoroots challenge, especially with Andy
- Where Vinnie and Andy and Tarun were was one of the few states
where you can legally eat beef (Shillong)
- No fat people!!
- Now where they are is a vegetarian hotel (Hindu)
- Vinnie has been eating his saved beef jerky
- He had trouble eating there
- His shoulder was full of inflammation from having a tiny bit of unintentional grain in his food

- Tarun even believes his peoples' diet is "shit"

- Vinnie had to have chickpeas for breakfast until Matt introduced him to a restaurant in town that served meat
