    • It is confusing and misinforming people

  • Health is not a priority, just promoting veganism
  • Many vegans get really sick, then switch to LCHF or similar diets and feel much better

  • Nicole and Vinnie looked at all the studies discussed in the movie
  • Indicating going on - people in movie may not have been as sick as they appeared to be

      • They never even said anything about her diet
    • Amy Resnick
      • Reciting the same thing as Jane Chapman
        • What happened? You never even said what happened
          • What was she eating before? 
            • Yes, veganism can make you feel better than SAD short term, too
  • Alcohol is poison, sugar is poison, why is this not taken into account?
    • There IS correlation between poor health and sugar, regardless of causation 
    • Their cardiologist literally had biological errors regarding how the body works 
  • Shotty filmwork to boot 
  • Red meat is NOT as carcinogenic as a cigarette 
    • Pickled vegetables, being a hairdresser, working at night, hot drinks are in the same carcinogenic category
    • Nicole and Vinnie don't think red meats should be at the list to begin with 
    • Studies proving red meat is bad are epidemiological and bad 
      • They can always manipulate things to look how they want
  •  Studies that prove this viewpoint are FUNDED by the people who want to prove the viewpoint
    • Isn't this questionable?
    • Confounding variables!
    • They never compared a low fat vegan diet to a meat heavy high fat low carb diet 
  • Calorie restrictive starvations diets work... until you stop starving yourself!
    • For example, Weight Watchers is designed to make you come back 
  • EGGS ARE NOT BAD FOR YOU!
    • Yolks are not going to kill you like they say
    • Never even really backed up their claims 
    • In reality, lots of good amino acids and macro nutrients in there
  • Film implying kids aren't born with Type 1 Diabetes, rather milk causes it 
    • We ALL know this is BS!
  • Film connects cheese and morphine, but then says all the alcohol you want is okay
    • Never mentioned the cocaine - sugar experiments 
  • Chicken is not bad for your diabetes!
    • How can Steve O from Jackass make this claim 
  • Just for the record... eating like Rich Roll will not make you look like Rich Roll 
    • Rich was never fat when he said he was
    • Vegan misconceptions
      • Rich Roll was always a great athlete, veganism didn't change that for better 
  • Final thought: B12
    • You can't get enough B12 from dirt on your veggies
    • Nobody was a vegan before 1934 because they would die as we did not know the importance of B12
      • At that point, we could only get sufficient B12 from meat
